Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING TIMES

We are pleased to advise that Oneday Journals ships worldwide.

All orders are shipped to you by Australia Post or courier according to the following delivery times. During peak times around Christmas etc, please allow extra days to account for additional volume.

AUSTRALIA

  • Standard (2 to 8 business days) $6.60 USD for each journal
  • Express (1 to 4 business days) $9.70 USD for each journal
  • Standard (2 to 8 business days) FREE SHIPPING orders over $100 USD

INTERNATIONAL

  • Standard (8 to 21 business days) $14 USD for each journal
  • Express Unfortunately Express Post deliveries are not available at this time.

TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details and a link to be able to track your order from our warehouse to your destination. Please note some countries do not provide live tracking but be assured your order is on its way!

If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered, kindly check with your neighbours who may have received the package on your behalf. In addition, please reach out to your local post office for additional information should it have been delivered there instead. If you are not able to locate your order, kindly contact hello@onedayjournals.com for further assistance.

CORPORATE OR BESPOKE ORDERS

All bespoke corporate orders are delivered FREE to your designated business or golf club address, with an estimated timeframe of 6-8 weeks from date of artwork approval depending on product ordered (Bespoke Customizer or Golf Journal Gift Pack orders. All corporate orders are shipped by airfreight.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

All customs and duties required for international shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Oneday Publishing Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for such costs, as they vary based on country and location.

DAMAGED/FAULTY PRODUCT

If your order was damaged in transit, we will organise a replacement. Send us a photo of your product along with your shipping details and we will send you a replacement as soon as possible. Please use the hello@onedayjournals.com email to contact our customer service team.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

You are welcome to return or exchange anything you purchase from Oneday Journals within 30 days after the date of receipt of your order. Please email hello@onedayjournals.com and we’ll do everything we can to assist you.

You will receive a confirmation email from our Customer Service team that will detail where to send your returned products. Once you’ve received approval from our Customer Service team, securely package up the return items and include the completed return form in the package. If an item is not what you ordered, or is faulty, a full refund will be offered, including postage costs.

Products purchased in large quantities (bulk orders) or at reduced rates (sale items) may not be returned or exchanged.  For change of mind exchanges your initial postage paid will be deducted from your refund as postage isn’t refunded for change of mind.

Please note: there are no returns or refunds on bespoke orders unless the products are damaged.
